Shipping

Please allow up to 72 hours for your order to process. A tracking number will be provided upon dispatch of your order.

Returns

Your satisfaction is important. If you’ve had a change of heart, you can initiate a return within 30 days of receipt by emailing us at orders@pamojabags.com. with "Order#XXX Return" in the subject line.

• We accept returns within 30 days of receipt. Returns must be authorized by Pamoja.
• Return item(s) should be returned unused and free of damage in the original packaging.
• Please allow 2-3 weeks for your refund.
• Upon return authorization, customers will be provided with a shipping label free of charge.
• The refund will be issued in the original form of payment. Please allow 3-5 business days after you receive confirmation of return receipt

Exchanges

If you love your bag, just not the color, you can initiate an exchange within 30 days of receipt by emailing us at orders@pamojabags.com. with "Order#XXX Exchange" in the subject line.

• We accept exchanges within 30 days of receipt. Exchanges must be authorized by Pamoja.
• Exchange item(s) should be returned unused and free of damage in the original packaging.
• Exchanges are dependent on the requested item’s availability.
• Upon return authorization, customers will be provided with a complimentary shipping label.

PO Boxes

We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes or forwarding addresses at this time.

Defected/Damaged Merchandise

If you believe an item in your order is defective or there was an error in your order, please email us at orders@pamojabags.com. with "Order#XXX Defect" in the subject line and include detailed pictures of the defected merchandise within 7 days of receipt. Defection is at the discretion of Pamoja.

Note on Leather - Leather is a natural and unique material. Any incidental tonal variations, marks or veins should not be considered as imperfections.

If Pamoja deems the merchandise to be defective or there to be an error in the order, a complimentary return label will be provided and a full refund will be processed within 3-5 business days upon confirmation of return receipt
